Refund & Returns Policy
At By Cody, every piece is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery and made-to-order pieces, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Rings made to your requested size
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Made-to-order or pre-order items unless faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us first at Greencody123@gmail.com Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed during transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues with the courier.
