Many items are made to order or produced in small batches. Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, launches, or pre-orders.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

Shipping

Estimated shipping and production times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

By Cody is not responsible for delays caused by:

postal services
customs processing
incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred on international orders.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union may have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to:

personalised items
made-to-order jewellery
bespoke commissions
customised pieces

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

custom items
personalised jewellery
made-to-order pieces
pre-orders once production has begun

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
